Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears to be lost or damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us and we will work with you to replace the item if necessary.
